Welcome to Loctech IT Training School ("Loctech", "we", "our", or "us"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, courses, and any related materials provided by Loctech IT Training School.

By enrolling in our courses, accessing our website, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2.1 Eligibility: To enroll in our courses, you must be at least 16 years of age. Students under 18 must have parental or guardian consent.

2.2 Registration: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

2.3 Acceptance: Enrollment is subject to availability and acceptance by Loctech. We reserve the right to refuse enrollment at our discretion.

2.4 Class Schedules: We reserve the right to modify class schedules, instructors, or course content as necessary. Students will be notified of any significant changes.

3.1 Fees: All course fees are listed on our website and are subject to change. The fee applicable is the one displayed at the time of enrollment.

3.2 Payment: Payment must be made according to the selected payment plan. Full payment or the first installment must be received before the course start date to confirm enrollment.

3.3 Late Payment: For installment plans, failure to make payments by the due date may result in suspension from classes until payment is received. Persistent non-payment may result in termination of enrollment.

3.4 Refunds: Refunds are subject to our Refund Policy.

4.1 Code of Conduct: Students are expected to conduct themselves professionally and respectfully. Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will not be tolerated.

4.2 Attendance: Regular attendance is expected. Students missing more than 20% of classes without valid reasons may not be eligible for certification.

4.3 Academic Integrity: Cheating, plagiarism, or any form of academic dishonesty is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate dismissal without refund.

4.4 Equipment: Students are responsible for their own laptops and equipment. Loctech is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal property.

5.1 Course Materials: All course materials, including but not limited to slides, videos, code samples, exercises, and documentation, are the intellectual property of Loctech IT Training School.

5.2 License: Students are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use course materials for personal educational purposes only. Materials may not be reproduced, distributed, or shared without written permission.

5.3 Student Work: Students retain ownership of original work created during the course. However, Loctech may use anonymized examples for educational or promotional purposes.

5.4 Recording: Recording of classes (audio or video) without explicit permission is prohibited.

6.1 Requirements: To receive a certificate of completion, students must:

• Attend at least 80% of scheduled classes
• Complete all required assignments and projects
• Pass the final assessment (where applicable)
• Complete all financial obligations

6.2 Certificate Value: Our certificates represent completion of training and are not accredited academic degrees. We also prepare students for external industry certifications, which are subject to their own terms.

7.1 No Guarantee: While we strive to provide excellent education and career support, Loctech does not guarantee employment, income levels, or career outcomes.

7.2 Service Availability: We aim to provide uninterrupted services but do not guarantee availability. Technical issues, force majeure, or other circumstances may affect service delivery.

7.3 Maximum Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Loctech's liability for any claims arising from these Terms or our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course.

8.1 Data Collection: We collect and process personal information in accordance with applicable data protection laws. This includes information provided during registration, course participation, and website usage.

8.2 Use of Data: Your data is used to provide educational services, communicate with you, improve our services, and for legitimate business purposes.

8.3 Data Security: We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8.4 Third Parties: We may share data with service providers who assist in our operations. We do not sell personal information to third parties.

9.1 Acceptable Use: You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the website.

9.2 Links: Our website may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of these external sites.

For enrolled students, significant changes affecting current enrollment will be communicated via email.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
